Bashtags™ are made with acrylic with an epoxy resin coating on the surface. Epoxy resin is commonly applied on surfboards and skateboards to produce battle-ready protection for intricate graphics. Given its enhanced resistance to water, scratches and wear-and-tear, Bashtags™ are suitable for both outdoor and indoor pets.

Bashtags are lightweight, durable and water-resistant. However, please keep in mind that they are not indestructible and they are not chew-proof. If your pet loves chewing (especially puppies), it’s recommended you move the tag to a harness or a collar reserved for special occasions.

We offer a wide range of clasps/clips/rings to suit your needs. If your choice is unspecified, we will provide a split ring by default. We also have a range of colored trigger clips (and bells) for sale separately.

We recommend cleaning your Bashtag™ with a microfiber eyeglass cloth.

As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your promotional inbox or spam folder! If for some reason you did not receive an email, please contact us at hello@bashtags.com

You should receive a preview of your Bashtag™ within 24 hours. We will proceed to production after receiving your approval on the preview. However, if we do not hear from you, we will assume the preview is approved and proceed to production after 3 working days.

All Bashtags™ are handmade and production takes around 5-10 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details on the day your order is shipped. If you do not receive any such confirmation, please make sure to check your promotions or spam folder!

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at hello@bashtags.com 

However, no changes can be made after the preview of the tag is approved OR 3 working days after the preview of the tag is sent out to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Please contact hello@bashtags.com immediately within one hour of your purchase should you wish to cancel your order. We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been processed. When we confirm your cancellation requests, the refund will be made in your original purchase method.

Standard deliveries to Hong Kong are by SF Express and it takes 1-2 working days.

Standard international deliveries are by Hong Kong Post e-Express which takes 7-14 working days for most countries. Please refer to Hong Kong Post e-Express for service standards.
