If you discover any defect with your Bashtag upon receipt, please email us right away at hello@bashtags.com with images of the defect. We will send a new one!

Should something happen to your Bashtag during normal usage, we’ll make sure you and your pet are happy. Just reach out and let us know the issue!

Should you wish to return your Bashtag(s), please kindly email us at hello@bashtags.com with the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order. If items are eligible for returns, refunds will be made in the form of your original payment methods!
