This is a pet id tag made in the shape of your pet's name in Retro Script font. Personalization is to go on the back side of the tag.
What are Bashtags made with?
Bashtags are made with acrylic with an epoxy resin coating on the surface. Epoxy resin is commonly applied on surfboards and skateboards to produce battle-ready protection for intricate graphics. Given its enhanced resistance to water, scratches and wear-and-tear, Bashtags are suitable for both outdoor and indoor pets.

Do my Bashtags come with clasps/clips/rings?
We offer a wide range of clasps or clips and split rings to suit your needs. If your choice is unspecified, we will provide matching-size default clips.
We'll email you the preview of the tag within 24 hours for your approval. If you do not receive such email, please check your promotional or spam folder.
Handmade with love and production takes around 5-10 working days.
Standard shipping by air takes 7-14 working days to most destinations.

Can I get something custom made?
We are proud to be able to customize a tag just for you! If interested, do get in touch to get a quote.
Are Bashtags chew-proof?
Bashtags are lightweight, durable and water-resistant. However, please keep in mind that they are not indestructible and they are not chew-proof. If your pet loves chewing (especially puppies), it’s recommended you move the tag to a harness or a collar reserved for special occasions.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at hello@bashtags.com
However, no changes can be made after the preview of the tag is approved OR 3 working days after the preview of the tag is sent out to you. Thank you for your understanding!
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact hello@bashtags.com immediately within one hour of your purchase should you wish to cancel your order. We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been processed. When we confirm your cancellation requests, the refund will be made in your original purchase method.
